  1. Select your date – weekends are often preferable for office moves. We charge the same rates for out of hours and weekend moves
  2. Contact removal company to arrange a survey
    (At this point the surveyor will calculate how many crates are required, advise on parking and advise on specialist items such as safes)
  3. Check with the local council regarding parking restrictions – arrange to have bays suspended if required
  4. Book crate delivery for advance packing
  5. Order coloured labels, if required
  6. Check with your current building and new building regarding lift access (sometimes exclusive use can be arranged with a key)
  7. Arrange for disposal of paperwork, old office furniture and computer equipment
  8. Arrange storage or archiving if required
