The O’Neil software will allow us to track all boxes and files in our document storage facility from the initial arrival to the permanent locations, including movements to and from the facility as and when requested by yourselves.

Using the bar codes mentioned above, once we collect a box, we swipe the bar code on the box and then the bar code in each location as it moves through the process. This then gives us a full audit of the movements of each box or file.

From the customer side, O’Neil provides on-line ordering, powerful search engines and fully bespoke management reports.
