Very good points made, I think its so Important that the crew have good customer service skills. Trade association membership and Ombudsman Approved removers, offer peace of mind. Its allways good to see photos and testimonials.

For Crate hire you should go to PPS Equipment – they do really good crate hire. I have never had any problems with them because they do such a great service. Which company do you use?

Dear Andrew, Nigel and Graham,
I am completely shattered and about to have a bath and call it a day… but wanted to say thank you so much for making a tricky move (from two storage units into one, with yours truly having got the opening time of the storage place wrong… and then onto a flat right in the centre of town) as seamless as is truly possible.
Another wonderful Amber moves experience (though am not tempted to start packing up my boxes again, you will be glad to hear!).
